Balkan tales at Sarajevo

This year’s Sarajevo Film Festival, from 22-30 July, projects southeastern Europe. This year’s entries include ‘Orchestra’, by Bosnian director Pjer Žalica, about good people in “the times that first pampered us and then crushed us”, and Aldo Tardozzi’s ‘Spots’, about a disoriented new Croatian generation, with taxi sex, robbery, murder and nightclubs.
