Porn actor may be Montreal body part killer

Canadian police are hunting what seems to be a bisexual porn star and male model as their prime suspect in a grisly murder case that has shocked the country.
 
Police say they believe 29-year-old Luka Rocco Magnotta killed a young acquaintance, then sent his severed foot to the headquarters of Canada’s Conservative party in Ottowa, and his left hand to the Liberal party HQ.
 
Radio Canada says the crime was filmed, and investigators say they have footage they believe is of the victim. A headless torso was found in a suitcase in a pile of rubbish not far from where Magnotta lived in Montreal. Both parcels were sent from a fake Montreal address.
 
Magnotta is reportedly mentally retarded, and his photo has been identified on several websites advertising his acting and modelling credentials. A video purports to show him suffocating kittens, even feeding one to a python. He is now on the run, and also goes by the names of Eric Clinton Newman and Vladimir Romanov. He has no previous criminal record.
 
Police handling the case describe the crime scene as the worst they have ever seen, and insist that they believe all the body parts are from the same victim, pending confirmation by DNA testing. They added that several body parts are missing, and that they may be in the post, somewhere.
