One Serb seriously wounded as group thrown out of Kosovo

Around 50 Serbs have been injured in clashes with police who tried to deport them from Kosovo. One person has life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Citing aggressive and drunken behaviour, police turned back a bus containing 70 Serbian nationals who were attempting to visit an historic site near the Kosovan capital, Pristina.

The visitors wanted to commemorate the anniversary of the 1389 Battle of Kosovo at Gazimestan.
