Mexico election officials dismiss fraud claims

Enrique Pena Nieto has been confirmed as the winner of Mexico’s presidential election, after officials dismissed allegations of vote-rigging following a recount.

The Institutional Ruling Party candidate won just over 38 percent of the vote, but his rival Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador alleged there had been fraud.
