Twenty-five dead in explosion in Turkey Emergency services in Turkey are praising the early warning system that ensured there were no casualties when an Istanbul skyscraper caught fire.
All 1,500 people were evacuated unharmed. It is thought the blaze may have been started by a problem with the air-conditioning.
