Ukrainian actor Bogdan Stupka dies

One of Ukraine’s best known actors has died after a long illness.

Bogdan Stupka who played over 50 roles on stage and screen was admitted to hospital four months ago.

The 71-year-old, who was Ukraine’s minister of culture between 1991 and 2000, will be buried on Tuesday.
