Anti-whaling activist Paul Watson has become a wanted man worldwide.

Interpol has issued a red notice for the Canadian founder of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.

He skipped bail in Germany, after being arrested on behalf of authorities in Costa Rica over a violent confrontation with shark hunters.
